Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to Leaveproof (the “software”), provided by Atesen Software, the trading name of Samet Ateşen, a sole proprietor based in Adapazarı, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Contact: sametatesen2@gmail.com.

1. Who sells the paid plans

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. What the software does

Leaveproof is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It reads the payroll and leave files you give it in your browser, applies the statutory minimum annual leave and holiday pay rules of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (Great Britain) as described on the site, and produces a records pack and an exceptions report. It is not legal, employment or tax advice, it does not change anything in your payroll software, and it does not connect to any payroll or HR system.

Where it applies. Leaveproof covers Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). Northern Ireland has its own holiday rules and is not covered. The 12.07% accrual (reg 15B), rolled-up holiday pay (reg 16A) and six-year record-keeping (reg 16B) rules it applies extend to England, Wales and Scotland only. Do not use it for workers whose holiday rights are governed by Northern Ireland law.

2a. Your responsibility for the figures

You choose the files, the column mapping, the leave year, the worker types and the other settings, and you are responsible for checking the results against contracts, agreements and the law before relying on them or paying anyone. Contractual leave above the statutory minimum, collective or workforce agreements, and individual circumstances can change what is due; the software does not know about them unless you enter them. Keeping the records (for at least six years) remains the employer’s duty.

3. Free use and paid plans

The free version covers one employer and the first 5 workers in each file. The Standard plan ($19 per month or $190 per year, plus any tax Paddle adds) covers every worker for one employer per browser, with one change of employer every 30 days. The Bureau plan ($49 per month, plus any tax) covers any number of employers for one bureau or practice and its staff. Do not share a license key outside the business that bought it.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not charge again after you cancel.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. It does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Your data

Payroll and leave files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are the controller of the personal data in them. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Use the software only for data you are authorised to process. Do not attempt to bypass the license check or plan limits, or resell the software.

8. Warranty and liability

We work to make calculations accurate, but payroll exports, contracts and individual cases vary and the software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for holiday pay, penalties or awards owed by an employer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Trademarks

Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. BrightPay is a trademark of Bright Software Group. Leaveproof is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to paid plans apply from your next renewal, and we will tell subscribers by email beforehand.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
