Refund Policy

Leaveproof is made and sold by Atesen Software. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a Standard or Bureau plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge (the first one or a renewal) and you will get that charge back in full. No reason is needed.

How to ask

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
• email us at sametatesen2@gmail.com with the order email, and we will ask Paddle to refund it.

Refunds go back to the original card or account. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days; your card or bank may take longer to show them.

After a refund

A refunded charge ends the subscription and the license key stops unlocking every worker and employer. The free version keeps working, and the records packs you downloaded stay yours.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again; access continues to the end of the paid period. Charges older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it, for example if the software is faulty or not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
